The sapristi association!! celebrates its 30th anniversary

On February 8, 2025, the MJC Calonne of Sedan will welcome the Sapristi association evening:: with Didier Wampas.

The group The Slipping Kangooroos will also be present.

This event will mark the 30th anniversary of the Sapristi association!!

Yes Sapristi!! had already welcomed the Wampas in 1999 at the Douzy Rock Festival, Didier never came to Sedan.

The damage will therefore be repaired for our 30th season.

Didier Wampas is more than 40 years of music, hundreds of texts and a French history of rock all by himself!!

Surrounded by Effello, current guitarist of the Wampas, an exceptional drummer and a psycho double bassist, he tells us he is revisiting the group's first albums.

TSK – The Sliping Kangooroos (Pop-Rock / Charleville-Mézières)
Welcomed for the first time in 2005, it seemed logical to us for the occasion to invite this group, as legendary as it is activist, to the Ardennes.

Now a trio, we still find their 3 essential characteristics: punk urgency, pop melody and rock energy. Equipped with an impressive musical culture, they deliver compositions comparable to the opuses of Raptures or Arctic Monkeys.

Apparently they set fires wherever they play to eliminate all traces of their presence... Come on, it's going to be hot!

A co-production of the Sapristi association!! and the MJC Calonne in partnership with the support of Ardenne Métropole, the City of Sedan and the Grand Est Region.
