Summary
In 2026, La Cassine unveils a new immersive creation: The Roaring Twenties, from dream to reality, a sound and light show which immerses the public in the excitement of the interwar period.
This production is part of the tradition of the Ardennes site, which over the years has become a major cultural event in the Grand Est.

A story at the heart of the Roaring Twenties
This new sound and light show from La Cassine follows the journey of Anna, a young provincial attracted by the lights of Paris.
In a cabaret run by Denise and Georges, she discovers a world where the stage rubs shoulders with the tensions inherited from the First World War.
His brother Henri, marked by the conflict, carries a secret that he and his companions have never completely buried.
As the years progress, ideals crumble and extremes advance.
The show leads the audience towards a decisive night where destinies collide, revealing the fractures of a changing era.
A unique staging in Europe
The La Cassine sound and light show is distinguished by a mobile and covered stand, capable of moving over nearly 300 meters.
This rare device in Europe allows total immersion in the natural and heritage decor of the site.
Before the performance, spectators can enjoy meal packages in the 16th century chapel or in the open air. A VIP tour is also offered every evening, offering privileged access to behind the scenes and the history of the place.

A living heritage carried by volunteers
Since 1984, the La Cassine en Ardenne association has brought together volunteers involved in artistic creation, technique, reception, catering and even maintenance of the site.
Their commitment makes it possible to preserve an architectural ensemble weakened by time and fires, while making it accessible to the public.
La Cassine thus defends a model of active heritage, where culture becomes a vector of transmission and development of the territory.
A lively cultural place all year round
Beyond the summer show, La Cassine is organizing several events in 2026: lottery, gourmet walk, concerts, Heritage Days, open-air cinema, folk ball and even Christmas events.
These events demonstrate the desire to make the site a space for meetings and discoveries throughout the year.
The La Cassine sound and light show is a reference in the Ardennes
With The Roaring Twenties, from dream to reality, the sound and light show at La Cassine confirms the reference status of the association in the Ardennes and the Grand Est.
Thanks to a unique scenography, an immersive story and the involvement of a committed local community, the 2026 edition promises to be one of the highlights of the season cultural Ardennes.
