3 artists for this exhibition entirely dedicated to Pop-Culture
You must have seen our previous post with photos taken during the opening which took place on February 15.
Until March 15, a Pop-Culture exhibition takes place at My Poulperie.

These are 3 talented creatives, fanatics of Franco-Belgian comics and comics, Ghibli animation, Disney, and binge watchers of 2.0 series, who present their resolutely Pop Culture works to you during this exhibition.
An exhibition that will immerse you in a compendium of drawings teeming with aesthetics, sometimes seduced by the heterogeneous universes of Marie-Charlotte Lorber, see the non-conformist visions of Geoffrey Simonet or the ostentatious and dark compositions of Benjamin Viget.
All three from the Ardennes, they met during their studies in Visual Arts at Lycée Chanzy.
The idea of doing a Pop Culture exhibition together seemed obvious, especially in a bar such as My Poulperie which has the theme “Geek and fun”, and moreover the place where they frequently meet to draw.
Marie-Charlotte Lorber, 27 years old, holder of a National Diploma in Visual Arts (DNAP) from Rouen in 2016. Mainly lulled in her childhood by Disney cartoons from which she draws her inspiration, but also from Franco-Belgian comics, manga and cinematographic works.
This exhibition is a first step for her in launching into illustrated children's books.
Geoffrey Simonet, 28 years old, has a technical certificate as a model designer from Algrange in Lorraine, left his studies with a bachelor's degree obtained in Liège in graphic art and visual communication with a comic strip option in 2014 and aspires to one day be the author of an American-oriented comic strip, a passion which has guided him throughout his studies.
Benjamin Viget, 28 years old, draws thanks to the talent of his uncle who introduced him to drawing at the age of 7. This autodidact finds his inspirations by binge-watching 2.0 series, and has also been a fan of American comics and films from the unique JCVD since his childhood.
He previously exhibited at the 2018 edition of the Salon du Paranormal and is considering an experience in the field of tattooing.
