How fleeting success is! Miss Carpenter, in the spotlight in the mid-20th century, is no longer as magnificent, famous and jealous as before. But his lifestyle, his financial problems and the threatening bailiffs gradually forced him to take his Jaguar out of the garage to go for auditions. Sing, dance, act, Miss can do it all. Surrounded by her 3 sexy home boys, she takes us into a frenzied cascade of laughter and emotions.
Marianne James finds a character of her own excess, ten years after having played the singer Ulrika Von Glott in the hilarious L'Ultima Récital (Molière for best musical show in 1999). Co-written by Marianne James and Sébastien Marnier, this eccentric show in the vein of the Absolutely Fabulous series, is a big laugh!
