Friends Steamers and Vaporists, we are planning to organize a Steampunk/fantasy weekend on the island of Vieux Moulin (next to the Rimbaud Museum) in Charleville-Mézières.
The implementation of this project is progressing and the Steampunk weekend will indeed take place in 2019 (Following numerous questions raised with us, we confirm that we are planning our event for dates other than September, we are thinking of organizing it for the month of May 2019).
Activities will take place throughout the weekend.
We are also looking for designers of clothing, accessories, trinkets, collectors of objects, artisans, writers/authors, artists and companies.
For the success of this project, it was decided to create the following commissions for which we are recruiting volunteers:
1) Refreshment bar and catering
2) Shows and entertainment
3) Concierge and set-up
4) Communication and press relations
