Ardenn’Rock Festival 2025: Two days of rock and party in the heart of the Ardennes

THE July 5 and 6, 2025, THE Ardenn’Rock Festival returns for a 13th edition which promises to be explosive Signy l’Abbaye.
Faithful to its spirit of “Rock and Territory”, the festival promises a powerful program, a friendly atmosphere and strong local roots.

A natural setting and a unique atmosphere

In the municipality of Signy-l’Abbaye, the festival offers an exceptional natural environment, conducive to relaxation and celebration.
The organization makes a point of offering an event accessible to all, with facilities for people with reduced mobility.

The site includes:

  • A free camping with toilets
  • Of the catering areas highlighting local products
  • A associative village and entertainment for young and old

But the Ardenn’Rock Festival is also an ART Professions Village and Territory!

There you can find and admire the know-how of local artisans!

Rock and territory: a story that began in 1994!

The story begins in 1994 with two friends, somewhat nostalgic for the “hippie” years, walking around the Vénerie site. This green setting located on the heights of Signy L’Abbaye will, over the course of a weekend, be transformed into a little Ardennes “Woodstock”.
At the initiative of a few music “fans”, the Youth associations of Signy L’Abbaye and Lalobbe as well as the Musique pour Tous association of Signy L’Abbaye, decided to invest the sumptuous forest site of La Vénerie and program a rock evening.

In addition to an exceptional natural setting, the place speaks to the local population across all generations. Built after the First World War, it hosted thousands of children in summer camp.
From primary school to college, from youth center to sports fields, this place breathes pleasant memories for many generations.

Local, regional and sometimes national groups will have a blast and will succeed one another during the three editions of 1994, 1996 and 1998 with success always there and never denied. 400 for the first, 600 for the second and more than 1000 people for the third edition will close this first chapter of this great adventure that is ARDENN’ ROCK FESTIVAL.

It is without counting on a few diehard “signacian” founders that the idea will resurface 17 years later.
In 2015, more than 300 people were present for an edition which was one of renewal.
Building on this real success, the choice will be to renew the ARDENN’ROCK festival every year instead of every two years.

During the 2016 edition, 600 festival-goers took advantage of the festival's rock programming including 11 groups and the association was created the same year.

The 2017 edition was crowned with real success with 900 festival-goers, two stages and 10 groups including LA PUNKCARAVANNE as headliners.

2019 is the edition of all records: 5,000 entries, 3 days of festival instead of two including a highlight with the projection on a giant outdoor screen of the cult film/documentary Woodstock. 50 years

A 100% rock 2025 program

The Ardenn’Rock Festival will take place on two days, with a main stage hosting big name bands and local bands.

This year see the return of Marcel and his orchestra! But we can also notice the presence of Guérilla Poubelle!
Local groups are not left out either!
The festival offers a rich poster, with 14 groups spread over two days. From punk to metal, through alternative and festive rock, musical diversity is there.
